* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of
inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near
shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Coastal Flood Warning,
one to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in
low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Kent and Inland Sussex.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 10 PM EDT this
evening. For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 4 PM Wednesday to
1 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in
coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal
waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to
vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate tidal flooding could continue
through at least Friday evening's high tide or perhaps longer.
