NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued September 21 at 12:08PM EDT until September 21 at 12:15PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

The Flood Warning will expire at 1215 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the
following counties, in central West Virginia, Calhoun, Gilmer and
Roane. In northern West Virginia, Ritchie and Wirt.

Some low-lying areas may continue to experience high water through
the afternoon. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Wednesday for
portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia...
