and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1034 AM EDT, Several creeks have risen out of their banks
including the Shade River near Chester. This has resulted in
several road closures due to flooding as reported by the Ohio
Department of Transportation.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Athens, Pomeroy, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park,
Mason, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, Hartford
