NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 21 at 3:25AM EDT until September 21 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 325 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported flooded roadways in southwestern
Muskingum County.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Zanesville, South Zanesville, Philo, Fultonham, Cannelville, East
Fultonham, Duncan Falls and Blue Rock State Park.
