* WHERE...Southwestern Clayton County in northeastern Iowa along the
Volga River...

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT Tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor to moderate flooding along the Volga River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1253 PM CDT, flooding continues on the Volga River in
southwestern Clayton County. The river has crested and is
starting to fall, and is expected to fall below flood stage later
tonight.

Gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Volga, Highway 13 And County C 24, Osborne, Mederville, Communia
and Littleport.
