* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
local drainage systems.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1241 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between
2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Racine, Ravenswood, New
Haven, Gallia, Middleport, Hartford City, Henderson, Vinton,
