Kankakee River at Davis affecting St. Joseph, La Porte and Starke
Counties.

Indiana...

Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting
Allen IN County.

For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash,
Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Kankakee River...including Davis...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county
roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont
High School becomes necessary.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:10 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 23.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 11:10 AM EDT Sunday was 23.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Thursday morning and continue falling to 14.5 feet Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
