NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 20 at 11:42AM EDT until September 20 at 1:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 1142 AM EDT, Soppler radar indicated that rain was ending across
the warned area. Earlier, emergency management reported several
instances of flash flooding across the warned area. Between 1.5 and
2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.0
inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
