80 kt with gusts up to 95 kt tonight. Seas building to 20 to 45
feet tonight. Winds and seas will decrease tomorrow.

* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters and Kauai Leeward Waters.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
