At 1021 PM CDT, Multiple reports of reports of stalled vehicles and
flooded roads in Fergus Falls. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Public reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Fergus Falls, southwestern Ottertail Lake, Battle Lake,
southwestern Star Lake, Underwood, Elizabeth, southeastern
Maplewood State Park, Carlisle, Amor, Phelps, Edwards, Maplewood,
Glendalough and Fergus Falls Airport.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Toad River, Otter Tail River, Mustinka River, Pomme de Terre River
and Reed Creek.
