Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Village Creek...including Kountze...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Village Creek near Kountze.

* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.9 feet, At this level, water will be flowing over
the Highway 418 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 PM CDT Friday was 22.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 5.9 feet Wednesday
evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
