* WHERE...Neches River near Diboll.

* WHEN...From Friday evening to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect
flooded boat ramps and trails.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet
tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.0
feet on 03/08/2018.
