* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southwestern Cambria County in central Pennsylvania...
Northern Somerset County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 721 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain crossing the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of
1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Johnstown, Somerset, Westmont, Windber, Belmont, Portage, Geistown,
Southmont, Friedens, Vinco, Boswell, Dale, East Conemaugh,
