Southeastern Northumberland County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 546 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Danville, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
Danville, Riverside, and Mechanicsville around 550 PM EDT.
Elysburg and Knoebels Grove around 600 PM EDT.
Kulpmont, Shamokin, and Marshallton around 610 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Edgewood, Marion Heights, Washingtonville, Centralia, and Snydertown.

For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Limestoneville and Bloomsburg-Light Street exits, specifically from
mile markers 221 to 233.
