* Until 1000 PM MDT.
* At 725 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported that heavy rain over
the northwest side of the Turner Gulch Fire Scar Burn Scar produced
mud and rock flows over Hwy-141 about 4 miles north of Gateway,
mile marker 115. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain fell over the
area. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar has resulted in debris
flow moving through the West Creek. The debris flow can consist of
rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the northwest side of the
Turner Gulch Fire Scar Burn Scar.
