NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued August 30 at 6:20PM MDT until August 30 at 9:30PM MDT by NWS Salt Lake City UT

At 620 PM MDT, the public reported flooding near Catstair Canyon from
earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up
to 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of normally dry washes, slot
canyons, streams, creeks and rivers.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Bryce Canyon National Park, Buckskin Wash, Wire Pass, the Paria
River, Paria River Canyon, Bull Valley Gorge, and Willis Creek.
