* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Edmunds County in north central South
Dakota...
Southeastern Walworth County in north central South Dakota...

* WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area.
- Radar estimates between a half inch to 3 inches have fallen,
though total amounts are currently unknown. As storms continue to
develop and move over the same areas, more rainfall is expected
to add to what has already fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Edmunds and Southeastern
Walworth Counties.
