Indiana...Illinois...

Wabash River from Hutsonville to Vincennes.

.Minor flooding continues on the Wabash River from Hutsonville down
to Vincennes. The river has crest. Flooding should come to an end on
the Wabash during the weekend.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Riverton.

* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Extensive flooding is in progress. Higher
rural roads begin to flood. High water isolates many river cabins.
Seep water becomes a problem.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT /10:00 AM EDT/ Friday the stage was 19.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:00 AM CDT /10:00 AM EDT/ Friday was 20.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Monday morning and continue falling to 5.0 feet Monday, September
07.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
