* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 858 PM EDT, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen. The gauge reading on Duck Creek at Macksburg
was at 12 feet and rising. The gauge reading on Duck Creek at
Whipple was beginni9ng to rise.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Macksburg, Lower Salem and Devola.
