NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued August 20 at 5:00PM EDT until August 20 at 5:15PM EDT by NWS State College PA

At 500 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Akron, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
Ephrata, Terre Hill, and Reamstown around 510 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Goodville, Schoeneck, Fivepointville, Blue Ball, and Farmersville.

This includes The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 280 to 286.
