* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
Northwestern Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1056 AM EDT, emergency management reported widespread roadway
flooding and elevated tributaries in the warned area due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Zanesville, Cambridge, New Concord, Byesville, South Zanesville,
North Zanesville, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Philo, Pleasant Grove,
Senecaville, Pleasant City, Cumberland, Lore City, Old
Washington, Fultonham, Norwich, Bridgeville, Chandlersville and
Duncan Falls.
