* Until 800 PM MDT.
* At 644 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Hermits Peak and Calf Canyon Burn Scar. Between
0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall
rate is 0.25 to 0.75 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts
up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
There may be additional rainfall from showers that limit runoff and
allow for flooding to persist. The debris flow can consist of rock,
mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Hermits Peak and Calf
Canyon Burn Scar.
