* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to some secondary
roads and agricultural land not protected by levees.

- At 6:15 AM CDT Tuesday /7:15 AM EDT Tuesday/ the stage was
19.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
