* WHERE...Central Harrison County in northern West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1248 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fell Tuesday.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem,
Lumberport, Anmoore, Wolf Summit, Despard and Meadowbrook.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 119 and 121. Route 50 in West
Virginia between mile markers 65 and 82.
