* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. This has
caused Duck Creek at Macksburg to go to flood and back up into low
areas of Noble County.

* WHERE...West Central Monroe County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 745 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 443 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City,
Stafford, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park.
