* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 635 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between
1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 13.7 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City,
Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park.
