* At 654 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain over
Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
