* At 1036 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across portions the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen over the last 6 hours with an additional
rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. Rainfall rates have
been around 1-2 inches per hour of accumulation as the line of
showers drifts slowly to the east. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
