streets may be flooded. Slow-moving or standing water may continue.
High water may recede slowly from flooded areas.

- At 919 PM EDT, the public reported that roads and yards in and
near Otterbein were flooded after earlier heavy rainfall. Up to
5.5 inches of rain have fallen since 400 PM EDT.
