* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and
streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 814 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
light to at times moderate rainfall ongoing after very heavy
rainfall occurred earlier across the warned area. Up to 5 inches
of rain have fallen over the past 3 hours.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Otterbein and Templeton.
