The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 605 PM MDT, Thunderstorms rolling into the Mesilla Valley have
produced up to an inch of rain over the Dona Ana Mountains. Runoff
from this rainfall will inundate several low water crossings
around Leasburg, Hill, and Dona Ana...including several crossings
on northern reaches of Del Rey Boulevard and La Reina Road.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of arroyos, low water crossings, urban
areas, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Leasburg, Northeast Las Cruces, Radium Springs, Dona Ana, and Hill.
