...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

Nueces River Near Three Rivers affecting Live Oak County.

Nueces River Near Tilden affecting McMullen County.

For the Nueces River...including Cotulla, Tilden, Three Rivers,
Mathis, Bluntzer, Calallen...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Nueces River near Three Rivers.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Significant flooding reaches miles from the
main channel, flooding homes in the flood plain near Three Rivers
to Lake Corpus Christi. Up to 4 feet of water is in River Creek
Acres Subdivision, flooding several homes. Kellner Camp along
County Road 336 floods, with water several feet deep surrounding
homes. Antelope Lane is flooded cutting off access to J.I. Hailey
Subdivision at Jones River bend. Water approaches the base of homes
along the river in Buckeye Knoll Subdivision, 2 miles west of
Swinny Switch.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 39.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is currently cresting at 39.3 feet and is
expected to start falling tonight, falling into moderate flood
stage during the day Tuesday. The river is then expected to fall
below minor flood stage Thursday afternoon or Thursday night.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
