* Flash Flood Warning for...
Kendall County in northeastern Illinois...
Northwestern Will County in northeastern Illinois...

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 625 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 to locally 3 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches,
streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor
drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Joliet, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield, Oswego,
Lockport, Yorkville, Minooka, Crest Hill, Montgomery, Shorewood,
Boulder Hill, Fairmont, Rockdale and Crystal Lawns.
