NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 29 at 3:23PM MST until July 29 at 4:30PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
At 323 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended
over the Seligman area. However, flooding remains a threat from
earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Any additional rainfall amounts will be light.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.
