At 603 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located 7 miles northeast of
Marshall, or 6 miles northwest of Mars Hill, moving southeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Mars Hill, Faust, Swiss, and Wolf Ridge.
