NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 26 at 5:42PM MDT until July 26 at 7:00PM MDT by NWS Billings MT

At 542 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy
rain over the Elk Burn Area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms in and around the Elk
Burn Area.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flooding of areas in and downstream of the Elk Burn Area.
