* WHERE...In Minnesota, Norman, Clay, Grant, West Otter Tail, and
Wilkin Counties. In North Dakota, Cass, Richland, and Traill
Counties.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 11 AM CDT Sunday. For the
Extreme Heat Warning, from 11 AM to 9 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
humidity may cause heat illnesses.
