NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 21 at 11:57PM EDT until July 22 at 12:15AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

At 1157 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Lowesville, or 7 miles northeast of Clifford, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, flying
debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter.
Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile
homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely.

Shipman around 1200 AM EDT.
