* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Morgan County in southeastern Ohio...
Perry County in southeastern Ohio...
Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 200 AM Edt Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
local drainage systems.
* Additional Details...
- At 755 PM Edt, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen from earlier storms this afternoon. Continued
runoff will lead to strong rises on the larger creeks in the area
this evening.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
New Lexington, McConnelsville, Somerset, Beverly, Perry State
Forest, Crooksville, Junction City, Malta, Corning, Lowell,
Stockport, and Eagleport.
