...The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in West Virginia...

Tygart Valley River at Belington affecting Barbour County.

For the Tygart Valley River...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tygart Valley River at Belington.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Some basements begin to flood due to sewers
backing up. At 14.0 feet, Intersection of Talbott Road and Wasbash
Road flood. At 15.0 feet, Small bridge on Willow Street floods due
to backwater into Mill Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.5 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.2
feet on 12/08/2013.
