* At 922 PM EDT, Emergency management reported several swift water
rescues this evening with some ongoing. Several people have been
reported trapped either in vehicles or in homes. Numerous roads are
reported flooded along with many structures. Rainfall amounts of 5
to 7 inches have been recorded by gages throughout the area since
this afternoon.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Central Upshur County including the areas
in and around Buckhannon. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

mile markers 15 and 17.
