NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 21 at 3:44PM EDT until July 21 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

At 344 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 12 miles west of Sistersville, or 12 miles north of St.
Marys, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Washington County.
