NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 20 at 5:16PM CDT until July 20 at 6:45PM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 516 PM CDT /416 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall
rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Mainly rural areas of Central Culberson and West Central Reeves
Counties.
