NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 18 at 5:16PM EDT until July 18 at 5:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 516 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Ligonier, or 10 miles east of Latrobe, moving east
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Mainly rural areas of East Central Westmoreland County.
