...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

Cibolo Creek Near Falls City affecting Karnes County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Cibolo Creek near Falls City.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Major lowland flooding of crop and
pasturelands cut off many livestock and potentially drown them.
Widespread flooding reaches secondary and primary roads, low
bridges and crossings. Most of the Goliad State Park facilities
downstream are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:15 AM CDT Saturday was 23.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this evening and continue falling to 1.9 feet early Thursday
morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
23.1 feet on 06/17/1981.
