NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 17 at 7:01PM MST until July 17 at 9:15PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ

At 801 PM MDT, Arizona DOT reported flooding along US-191, south of
Wide Ruins, near milepost 389. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Arizona DOT reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, and highways.
