* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Cibolo Creek at Sutherland Springs.
* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Water submerges the roadway just south of
the FM 539 bridge, making it impassable. Homes are not yet
impacted at this level.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 27.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:15 PM CDT Friday was 35.3 feet.

just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 7.4 feet
