Llano River Near Junction affecting Kimble County.

For the Llano River...including Junction...Major flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Llano River near Junction.

* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Major flooding will occur. Numerous roads
and low water crossings will be flooded and impassible. Structures
along the Llano River in and near Junction will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 27.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:15 AM CDT Friday was 27.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 31.3 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon to 10.0 feet
late this evening. It will rise to flood stage. It will then fall
again but remain above flood stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 31.1
feet on 10/13/1981.
