The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
North Central La Paz County in west central Arizona...

* Until 715 PM MST.

* At 410 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over Bill Williams River. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1.25 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Bill Williams River near Parker Strip in North Central La Paz
County.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Colorado River, Mineral Wash, Bill Williams River and Osborne Wash.
