* Until 700 AM CDT.
* At 245 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 10 inches of rain
have fallen over the past 48 to 72 hours with up to 2 to 3 inches
in the past 2 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
